Explanation of Responses:

1. Includes (i) 75,000 ordinary shares, no par value per share, of the Issuer (the "Ordinary Shares") issuable upon the vesting of restricted share units ("RSUs") through July 1, 2027. Each RSU represents the right to receive one Ordinary Share.

2. Includes 1,128,571 Ordinary Shares issuable upon the vesting of RSUs through January 1, 2029.

3. The securities are owned by Sivan Siboni Scherf, Mr. Scherf's spouse, and, therefore, Mr. Scherf may be deemed to beneficially own securities owned by Mrs. Siboni Scherf, to the extent of his spouse's pecuniary interest therein. The reporting person disclaims beneficial ownership of the reported securities except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein.

4. The options were granted with an exercise price of NIS 3.50 and have been converted based on the ratio of $3.119 as of March 16, 2026.

5. The options were granted on October 20, 2022 and fully vested as of September 30, 2025.

6. The Issuer's securities are listed as American Depository Shares ("ADS"), where one ADS represents 90 Ordinary Shares. Each ADS is convertible at any time, at the holder's election. The ADSs have no expiration date.

7. The options were granted on May 4, 2017 and fully vested as of January 1, 2020.

8. The options were granted on July 16, 2020 and fully vested as of December 31, 2022.

9. The options were granted on October 20, 2022 and fully vested as of December 31, 2025.
