Explanation of Responses:

1. Consists of 35,000 Ordinary Shares that are represented by restricted share units ("RSUs") that were granted on February 10, 2026, of which 17,500 vest on February 10, 2028 and 8,750 vest on each of February 10, 2029 and February 10, 2030. Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one Ordinary Share of the Issuer upon settlement.
