Explanation of Responses:

1. Represents (i) 242 restricted share units ("RSUs") granted on September 10, 2025, which vest in equal quarterly installments of 12.5% beginning on December 10, 2025, of which 30 RSUs have vested and 212 remain unvested as of March 18, 2026; (ii) 1,013 RSUs granted on January 1, 2026, which vest in equal quarterly installments of 12.5% beginning on January 1, 2026, all of which remain unvested as of March 18, 2026; and (iii) 2,143 RSUs granted on February 1, 2026, all of which have vested on February 1, 2026.
