1. Includes 1,378 restricted stock units ("RSUs"), which vest in accordance with the terms of the applicable awards. Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one share of Ordinary Shares.

2. The stock option is vested and exercisable with respect to 190 Ordinary Shares and will vest with respect to the remaining shares in three substantially equal annual installments beginning on February 15, 2027.
