1. Big Field Management Ltd. is a Japanese company controlled by Mr. Ohno, and accordingly, Mr. Ohno has the voting and dispositive control of the ordinary shares held by Big Field Management Ltd.

2. Himikana Ltd. is a Japanese company controlled by Mr. Ohno, and accordingly, Mr. Ohno has the voting and dispositive control of the ordinary shares held by Himikana Ltd.
