Explanation of Responses:

1. Represents a Restricted Stock Unit ("RSU") transaction bonus award for calendar year 2025 granted pursuant to the Logistic Properties of the Americas 2024 Equity Incentive Plan. Each RSU represents the right to receive one share of LPA Ordinary Stock on the date that the RSU vests. This Award will vest with respect to 100% of the Restricted Stock Units on August 1, 2028.

2. Represents an RSU award granted for calendar year 2026 pursuant to the Logistic Properties of the Americas 2024 Equity Incentive Plan. Each RSU represents the right to receive one share of LPA Ordinary Stock on the date that the RSU vests. Subject to certain exceptions, approximately one-third of the RSU shall vest on April 1, 2027, one-third of the RSU shall vest on April 1, 2028 and one-third of the RSU shall vest on April 1, 2029, provided that the reporting person remains employed by the issuer.
