Explanation of Responses:

1. Includes 112,500 Ordinary Shares that are represented by restricted share units ("RSUs") that were granted on August 26, 2024, of which 11,250 vest on each of April 1, 2026 and on a quarterly basis thereafter through July 1, 2028, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service. Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one Ordinary Share of the Issuer upon settlement.
