Explanation of Responses:

1. The securities reported herein are directly owned by certain private investment vehicles managed by MVM Partners, LLC (the "Funds"). The securities may also be deemed beneficially owned by MVM Partners, LLC ("MVM") as the investment manager of the Funds. MVM disclaims beneficial ownership of the reported securities except to the extent of its pecuniary interests therein, if any, and this Form 3 shall not be deemed an admission that MVM is the beneficial owner of the securities for purposes of Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, or for any other purpose.

Remarks:

Dr. Eric Bednarski, a member of the board of directors of the Issuer and a managing partner of MVM, was elected to the board of the Issuer as a representative of MVM and its affiliates. As a result, MVM is a director by deputization for purposes of Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended. As a managing partner of MVM and a member of MVM's investment committee, Dr. Bednarski may also be deemed to beneficially own the securities. Dr. Bednarski disclaims beneficial ownership of the reported securities except to the extent of his pecuniary interests therein, if any, and this Form 3 shall not be deemed an admission that he is the beneficial owner of the securities for purposes of Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, or for any other purpose.
