1. Includes 150,662 restricted stock units (RSUs). Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one share of the Issuer's Class A Common Stock upon settlement. 89,773 of the RSUs vest in four equal quarterly installments measured from June 20, 2026, 15,699 of the RSUs vest on December 20, 2026, and 45,190 of the RSUs vest in four equal quarterly installments measured from June 20, 2027, in each case subject to Mr. Megji's continued service through each applicable vesting date.
