Explanation of Responses:

1. These options have vested and are exercisable as of the date hereof, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service.

2. Common stock, par value $0.0001 per share.

3. 7,143 options were granted to the Reporting Person on November 12, 2019 whereby 1/3 of such options vested quarterly within the first 12 months of the grant date, 1/3 of such options vested quarterly during the second 12 months of the grant date, and the remaining 1/3 of such options will vest quarterly over the third 12 months of the grant date, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service.

4. 21,143 options were granted to the Reporting Person on June 23, 2020 whereby the options will vest in equal amounts over the ensuing eight (8) quarters, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service. As of the date hereof, 15,857 of such options have vested and are exercisable as of the date hereof, and 5,286 of such options will vest within 60 days as of the date hereof.
