Explanation of Responses:

1. Represents Ordinary Shares exercisable pursuant to a Restricted Stock Unit ("RSU") award granted on May 15, 2024, pursuant to the Logistic Properties of the Americas 2024 Equity Incentive Plan.

2. Includes 15,000 Ordinary Shares underlying two RSU awards granted pursuant to the Logistic Properties of the Americas 2024 Equity Incentive Plan, consisting of 7,500 RSUs granted on August 30, 2024 and 7,500 RSUs granted on April 1, 2025. Each RSU represents the right to receive one Ordinary Share upon vesting. The RSUs vested in full upon grant. Between August 18, 2025 and September 5, 2025, the reporting owner sold an aggregate of 8,032 Ordinary Shares at an average price of $6.14 per share. The shares reported herein reflect the reporting owner's current beneficial ownership.
