Bin Ma, the Issuer's Co-Chief Executive Officer, is the sole director and sole shareholder of MaBin Second Co., Ltd., and has sole voting and investment power over the shares held by MaBin Second Co., Ltd. The address of the registered office of MaBin Second Co., Ltd. is No. 2101, Building 3, Tianjin Science and Technology Plaza, Keyan West Road, Nankai District, Tianjin, China.
