2. Represents an option to purchase 125,667 Class A Ordinary Shares, 31,416 Class A Ordinary Shares subject to the option vested on March 1, 2025 and with 31,417 Class A Ordinary Shares subject to the option vesting on March 1, 2026, March 1, 2027, and March 1, 2028, respectively.
