Explanation of Responses:

1. Ordinary Shares may be converted into ADSs at a conversion ratio of 20-to-1, at the election of the Reporting Person.

2. Includes RSUs, each RSU represents a right to receive one ADS in the Issuer. 2,002 RSUs will vest on 5/30/2026, 1,389 RSUs will vest in two equal annual increments beginning 5/30/2026, and 6,537 RSUs will vest in three equal annual increments beginning 5/30/2026. There are no voting or dividend rights prior to vesting.
