1. These ordinary shares are held directly by Ten-League Corporations Pte. Ltd., which is owned 99.99% by Mr. Jison Lim and 0.01% by Ms. Liming Lin. Mr. Jison Lim and Ms. Liming Lin are husband and wife and both serve as directors and officers of the Issuer. Each of Mr. Jison Lim and Ms. Liming Lin disclaims beneficial ownership of these securities except to the extent of his or her respective pecuniary interest therein, and the inclusion of these shares in this report shall not be deemed an admission of beneficial ownership of all the reported shares for the purposes of Section 16 or any other purpose.
