The Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership of the shares held by Lew Capital Private Limited except to the extent of his pecuniary interest, if any, in such shares.

2. The Reporting Person's mother, Yew Chean Lim, is the sole member and director of LYC Capital Private Limited and has voting and investment power over the shares held by it. The Reporting Person disclaims beneficial ownership of the shares held by LYC Capital Private Limited except to the extent of his pecuniary interest, if any, in such shares.
