Explanation of Responses:

1. Represents restricted share units (the "RSUs"). Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one Class A ordinary share of the Issuer upon settlement. 1/3rd of shares have fully vested as of the date hereof, and the remaining shares will vest in equal installments on December 9, 2026 and December 9, 2027, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service with the Issuer through each such vesting date.
