Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one ordinary share, no par value per share ("Ordinary Share").

Represents performance-based RSUs ("PSUs") granted on September 30, 2024, which vest on the third anniversary of the grant date, subject to the achievement of certain performance conditions and Mr. Lenkner's continued employment through such date. Each PSU represents a contingent right to receive one Ordinary Share.
