Includes 8,334 Ordinary Shares that are represented by restricted share units ("RSUs") that were granted on May 19, 2023 and vest on May 19, 2026, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service. Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one Ordinary Share of the Issuer upon settlement.

2. Includes 50,000 Ordinary Shares that are represented by RSUs that were granted on February 24, 2025, of which 25,000 vest on each of February 24, 2027 and February 24, 2028, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service.
