3. The grant date of this grant is July 18, 2024. 160 of the options were vested as of the date of appointment. The remaining 23 options will vest in two quarterly installments occurring on April 18, 2026 and July 18, 2026, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service to the Issuer as of each vesting date.
