The number of ordinary shares reported herein includes 335,735 shares underlying restricted share units and 208,839 shares underlying performance share units previously granted to the reporting person. Each restricted share unit and performance share unit represents a contingent right to receive one share of the Issuer's ordinary shares.

2. The share options are fully vested.

3. The share options were granted on July 31, 2022, and will vest in equal quarterly installments over 4 years from the vesting commencement date, subject to continued service.

4. The share options were granted on July 30, 2023, and will vest in equal quarterly installments over 4 years from the vesting commencement date, subject to continued service.
