As of the reporting date, 151,711 Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) are vested, with expiration dates ranging from February 5, 2028 to September 30, 2029, unless extended at the sole discretion of the Company . In addition, 57,310 RSUs remain unvested as of the reporting date and are scheduled to vest between April 1, 2026 and April 1, 2029, with expiration dates ranging from March 31, 2030 to March 31, 2033, subject to extension at the sole discretion of the Company.
