1. Includes 13,088 restricted stock units ("RSUs"), which vest in accordance with the terms of the applicable awards. Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one Ordinary Share.

2. The stock option is fully vested and currently exercisable.

3. The stock option is vested and exercisable with respect to 2,399 Ordinary Shares and will vest with respect to the remaining shares in substantially equal monthly installments through March 1, 2028.

4. The stock option is vested and exercisable with respect to 2,335 Ordinary Shares and will vest with respect to the remaining shares in substantially equal monthly installments through May 1, 2029.
