The registered address of RongStar Holdings Ltd is at Craigmuir Chambers, Road Town, Tortola VG 1110, British Virgin Islands. 5,449,600 Class B ordinary shares directly held by RongStar Holdings Ltd of which Hong Zhifang is the sole shareholder and he holds the voting and dispositive power over the ordinary shares held by such entity.
