Includes (i) 4,956 restricted stock units ("RSUs") that will vest on March 1, 2027; (ii) 2,712 RSUs that will vest on March 1, 2028; and (iii) 2,804 RSUs that will vest in three equal installments on each of March 2, 2027, 2028 and 2029.
