By virtue of this relationship, Ms. Hassan may be deemed to have or share beneficial ownership of the securities held of record by the Sponsor. Ms. Hassan disclaims any beneficial ownership of the reported shares of Class B common stock other than to the extent of any pecuniary interest she may have therein.
