1. On January 22, 2021, the reporting person was granted 1,950 restricted stock units, vesting in three equal annual installments beginning on January 22, 2022.

2. Restricted stock units convert into common stock on a one-for-one basis.

3. On June 1, 2021, the reporting person was granted 11,013 restricted stock units, vesting in full on May 31, 2024.

4. On February 24, 2023, the reporting person was granted 5,396 restricted stock units, vesting in full on January 3, 2025.
