Explanation of Responses:

1. The reporting person was granted an aggregate of 1,000,000 Restricted Share Units (RSUs) under the 2025 Share Incentive Scheme on October 1, 2025. Upon vesting of the applicable RSUs, the grantee shall be entitled to receive the same amount of Class A ordinary shares of the Company with nil purchase price. The RSUs subject to the award shall vest in four equal annual installments on each anniversary of the vesting commencement date, October 1, 2025, subject to the reporting person's continued service and the achievement of individual performance targets. Therefore, the RSUs subject to this award are scheduled to vest in four equal annual installments on October 1, 2026, October 1, 2027, October 1, 2028 and October 1, 2029, respectively.
