2. Xiaolin Gou indirectly beneficially owns the reported securities through XIAOLINGO INVESTMENT CO., LTD. On September 30, 2025, the Company deposited 390,001.00 Class A Ordinary Shares with CITI (NOMINEES) LIMITED, as depositary bank, in exchange for American Depositary Shares (ADSs). Following such deposit, the reporting person holds no Class A Ordinary Shares directly.

3. Each American Depository Share is convertible at any time, at the holder's election, into three Class A Ordinary Shares of the Issuer. The American Depository Shares have no expiration date.
