1. The ordinary shares reported in this row consist of shares underlying restricted share units ("RSUs") that were granted to the Reporting Person on March 20, 2022 and that vest and settle for underlying ordinary shares in accordance with the following schedule: 25% of the RSUs vested and settled for underlying ordinary shares upon the one-year anniversary of the grant date, and an additional 6.25% of the RSUs vest and settle on a quarterly basis over the following three years such that all RSUs reported in this row will be fully vested and settled on the four-year anniversary of that grant date (March 20, 2026).

2. The ordinary shares reported in this row consist of shares underlying RSUs that were granted to the Reporting Person on September 19, 2022 and that vest and settle for underlying ordinary shares in accordance with the following schedule: 25% of the RSUs vested and settled for underlying ordinary shares upon the one-year anniversary of the grant date, and an additional 6.25% of the RSUs vest and settle on a quarterly basis over the following three years such that all RSUs reported in this row will be fully vested and settled on the four-year anniversary of that grant date (September 19, 2026).

The ordinary shares reported in this row consist of shares underlying RSUs that were granted to the Reporting Person on March 13, 2025 and that vest and settle for underlying ordinary shares in accordance with the following schedule: 25% of the RSUs will vest and settle for underlying ordinary shares upon the one-year anniversary of the grant date, and an additional 6.25% of the RSUs will vest and settle on a quarterly basis over the following three years such that all RSUs reported in this row will be fully vested and settled on the four-year anniversary of that grant date (March 13, 2029).

6. The options to purchase ordinary shares reported in this row were granted by the Issuer to the Reporting Person on January 31, 2022 and vest and become exercisable for underlying ordinary shares in accordance with the following schedule: 25% of the options vested upon the one-year anniversary of the grant date, and an additional 6.25% of the options vest on a quarterly basis over the following three years such that all options reported in this row will be fully vested and exercisable on the four-year anniversary of the grant date (January 31, 2026).
