Explanation of Responses:

1. Twenty-five percent of the shares underlying the option become vested and exercisable on April 12, 2022, and the remaining 75% of the shares underlying the option become vested and exercisable in substantially equal monthly installments over the 36 months following April 12, 2022, subject to the reporting person's continued service through the applicable vesting date.

2. Each Restricted Stock Unit ("RSU") represents a contingent right to receive one share of Common Stock, par value $0.001, when vested.

3. The 5,062 initial RSUs shall vest 25% on April 12, 2022, with the remaining 75% vesting in three substantially equal annual installments over the following three years, subject to continued service through the applicable vesting date. The RSUs have no expiration date.

4. Twenty-five percent of the shares underlying the option become vested and exercisable on February 1, 2023, and the remaining 75% of the shares underlying the option become vested and exercisable in substantially equal monthly installments over the 36 months following February 1, 2023, subject to the reporting person's continued service through the applicable vesting date.

5. The RSUs shall vest 25% on February 1, 2023, with the remaining 75% vesting in three substantially equal annual installments at the three anniversary dates following February 1, 2023, subject to the reporting person's continued service through the applicable vesting date. The RSUs have no expiration date.
