Explanation of Responses:

1. These shares are held by Palopo Holding Limited, a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of the British Virgin Islands wholly owned by Lording Global Limited and ultimately controlled by The Lording Trust. The Lording Trust is a trust established under the laws of the Cayman Islands and managed by TMF (Cayman) Ltd. as the trustee. Mr. Dagang Feng is the settlor of the trust, and Mr. Dagang Feng and his family members are the trust's beneficiaries.

2. These options were granted on September 7, 2019, with 50% vested immediately, 6,000,300 shares vested on December 19, 2019 and 6,000,301 shares vested on December 19,2020. As of the date of this Form 3, these options are fully vested and exercisable.

3. These options were granted on September 7, 2019 and vest in equal installments over a four-year period. As of the date of this Form 3, these options are fully vested and exercisable.
