Explanation of Responses:

1. Upon approval by the stockholders of FiEE, Inc. (the "Company") on October 27, 2025, the Convertible Note automatically converted into shares of the Company's common stock at a conversion price of $0.25 per share.

2. The securities are owned directly by Elements Corporate Services Limited, a Hong Kong limited company ("Elements"). Wong Man Ching is the sole director and sole shareholder of Elements, and as a result, Ms. Wong may be deemed to have beneficial ownership of the securities held by Elements.
