Explanation of Responses:

1. The stock options vest in equal quarterly installments over a four-year period from July 18, 2017.

2. The stock options vest in equal quarterly installments over a four-year period from January 24, 2018.

3. The stock options vest in equal quarterly installments over a four-year period from April 1, 2019.

4. The stock options vest in equal quarterly installments over a four-year period from April 1, 2020.

7. Immediately prior to the consummation of the Issuer's initial public offering of its Class A Common Stock, each share of Class A Common Stock will be converted into approximately 4,520.3317 shares of Class A Common Stock pursuant to a stock split, as described in the Issuer's Registration Statement on Form S-1/A (File No. 333-283964), as a result of which the number of shares underlying each stock option held by the Reporting Person and the option's exercise price will be proportionately adjusted.
