The ordinary shares reported in this row consist of shares underlying restricted share units that were granted to the Reporting Person on February 5, 2026, of which 50% will vest on the 12-month anniversary of the grant date and the remaining 50% will vest on the 24-month anniversary of the grant date.

2. The options reported in this row were granted to the Reporting Person by the Issuer on January 18, 2021 and are fully vested and exercisable as of the date of this report.
