1. The ordinary shares reported in this row consist of shares underlying restricted share units ("RSUs") that were granted to the Reporting Person on September 30, 2025 and that vest and settle for underlying ordinary shares in 12 equal monthly installments over a vesting period that commenced on April 8, 2025 and will conclude on the one-year anniversary of the vesting commencement date (April 8, 2026), by which time all such RSUs will be fully vested (and underlying shares issued).

2. The options reported in this row were granted to the Reporting Person by the Issuer on September 30, 2025 and vest and become exercisable in 12 equal monthly installments over a vesting period that commenced on April 8, 2025 and will conclude on the one-year anniversary of the vesting commencement date (April 8, 2026), by which time all such options will be fully vested and exercisable.
