The reporting person disclaims the beneficial ownership of these American Depositary Shares underlying the option positions owned by TPC Compounder Master Fund except to the extent of the reporting person's pecuniary interest. The reporting person is a co-founder and partner at Twin Peaks Capital Limited, which is the fund manager of TPC Compounder Master Fund.
