1. Represents the Ordinary Shares held by Galaxy Shine Company Limited, a British Virgin Islands company. The Reporting Person holds of record approximately 27.27% of the ordinary shares of Galaxy Shine Company Limited. The Reporting Person, among others, is also a member of the board of directors of Galaxy Shine Company Limited and hence is deemed to have shared voting and investment power over the Ordinary Shares of the Issuer held by Galaxy Shine Company Limited.
