1. Includes 27,500 Ordinary Shares that are represented by restricted share units ("RSUs") that were granted on November 19, 2025 and vest in equal installments on May 1, 2026, and on a quarterly basis thereafter through November 1, 2028, subject to the Reporting Person's continued service. Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one Ordinary Share of the Issuer upon settlement.
