2. 25% of the shares subject to the option award vested on February 4, 2022, and 6.25% of the shares subject to the option award vested or shall vest in quarterly installments thereafter, subject to the Reporting Person's continuous service through each such vesting date.

3. 25% of the shares subject to the option award vested on February 16, 2023, and 6.25% of the shares subject to the option award vested or shall vest in quarterly installments thereafter, subject to the Reporting Person's continuous service through each such vesting date.

4. 25% of the shares subject to the option award shall vest on February 16, 2024, and 6.25% of the shares subject to the option award shall vest in quarterly installments thereafter, subject to the Reporting Person's continuous service through each such vesting date.
