Explanation of Responses:

1. The options granted on January 13, 2025. The options vest according to the following schedule: (i) 50% of the options vest twenty-four (24) months following January 13, 2025; and (ii) the remaining 50% vest in eight (8) equal quarterly installments of 6.25% each thereafter. 50% of the options vested on January 3, 2025, and the remaining 50% vest in eight equal quarterly installments of 6.25% each thereafter.
