1. The securities shown in this row are held directly by J&F Investments Luxembourg S.a r.l. ("J&F Lux"), a private limited liability company (societe a responsabilite limitee) incorporated and existing under the laws of Luxembourg. J&F Lux is a wholly-owned subsidiary of J&F S.A.("J&F"), a corporation (sociedade anonima) incorporated under the laws of Brazil. The reporting person and Wesley Mendonca Batista indirectly own 100% of the capital stock of J&F and equally share voting and investment powers and the right to receive the economic benefit of the shares held by J&F.

2. The reporting person disclaims beneficial ownership of the securities shown in this row except to the extent of any pecuniary interest therein.
