Explanation of Responses:

1. Includes (i) 3,500 ordinary shares, no par value per share, of the Issuer (the "Ordinary Shares") issuable upon the vesting of restricted share units ("RSUs") in equal monthly installments of 583 Ordinary Shares through September 10, 2026; and (ii) 21,407 Ordinary Shares issuable upon the vesting of RSUs in equal monthly installments of 630 Ordinary Shares through January 1, 2029. Each RSU represents the right to receive one Ordinary Share.

2. Fully vested on November 1, 2024.

3. The options were granted on August 23, 2023 and vest as follows: 34 options vest on the first year anniversary of the grant date and the remaining 70 options vest in equal monthly installments of 3 Ordinary Shares after the first anniversary.
