1. Represents Sasol BEE Common Shares of the Issuer, no par value, listed solely on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange and created in accordance with the Broad-based Black Economic Empowerment Act.

2. Represents restricted stock units (RSUs) which each represent a contingent right to receive on Ordinary Share of the Issuer. 4,471 RSUs vest on September 27, 2026, 8,921 RSUs vest on May 25, 2027, 6,651 RSUs vest on November 10, 2027, 9,697 RSUs vest on August 26, 2028, 45,645 RSUs vest on August 26, 2029.
