Explanation of Responses:

1. Includes (i) 7,500 ordinary shares, no par value per share, of the Issuer (the "Ordinary Shares") issuable upon the vesting of 2,500 restricted share units ("RSUs") on October 10, 2026 and thereafter in equal monthly installments of 208 Ordinary Shares through October 10, 2028; and (ii) 28,333 Ordinary Shares issuable upon the vesting of RSUs in 34 equal monthly installments of 833 Ordinary Shares through January 1, 2029. Each RSU represents the right to receive one Ordinary Share.

2. Fully vested on November 27, 2017.

3. The options were granted on November 30, 2023 and vest as follows: 28 options vest on August 23, 2024 and the remaining 55 options vest in equal monthly installments of 2 Ordinary Shares thereafter.
