2. The Reporting Person was granted RSUs, which each represent a contingent right to receive one ordinary share of the Issuer. The RSUs fully vests on April 1, 2026 subject to the Reporting Person's continued service to the Issuer or its subsidiaries through such vesting date.

3. Stock options were granted on April 30, 2020, and were fully as of March 1, 2024.
