Explanation of Responses:

1. The option became exercisable as to 33% of the shares on May 1, 2023. The remaining 67% of the shares subject to the option will vest in seven (7) equal, quarterly installments. All shares subject to the option will be vested on February 1, 2025.

2. The option became exercisable as to 50% of the shares on May 1, 2023. The remaining 50% of the shares subject to the option will vest in three (3) equal, quarterly installments. All shares subject to the option will be vested on February 1, 2024.
