*On February 14, 2025, pursuant to the terms of that certain Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated as of October 17, 2024, by and among Zuora, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), Zodiac Purchaser, L.L.C., a Delaware corporation (“Parent”), and Zodiac Acquisition Sub, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Merger Sub”), Merger Sub merged with and into the Company (the “Merger”), with the Company surviving the Merger as a wholly owned subsidiary of Parent.
