On September 1, 2023, pursuant to the Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated February 8, 2023, by and among NuVasive, Inc. (the “Registrant”), Globus Medical, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Globus Medical”), and Zebra Merger Sub, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Globus Medical (“Merger Sub”), Merger Sub merged with and into the Registrant, with the Registrant continuing as the surviving corporation and as a wholly owned subsidiary of Globus Medical.
