On February 28, 2023, pursuant to the terms of its previously announced Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated as of November 16, 2022, by and among Elevate Credit, Inc. (“Elevate”), PCAM Acquisition Corp., a Delaware corporation (“Parent”), and PCAM Merger Sub Corp., a Delaware corporation and a direct, wholly owned subsidiary of Parent (“Merger Sub”), Merger Sub merged with and into Elevate (the “Merger”), with Elevate surviving the Merger as a wholly owned subsidiary of Parent.
